La Rose de Sim is a concept that has grown exponentially over the past 10 years. Founder Rajaa Habache decided to eternalize the love of his late parents, Simon "Sim" and Marie Rose "Rose," by launching a unique lifestyle concept that commemorates their love and joyful spirit during the 1970s, Lebanon’s golden age.
